Terms And Conditions
Place an order
You can place an order directly on Mattress Expert’s e-shop by adding products to the cart. You will receive an order confirmation email right after the payment is made. 

Please note that an order number will be attached in the e-mail, you can trace the status of order by providing the order number to us through email. Mattress products will normally be delivered within 2-3 weeks upon the completion of payment.
 
Delivery Arrangement
Mattress products will normally be delivered within 2-3 weeks upon the completion of payment (Except specifically mentioned products).

*Delivery service to outlying islands is only applicable to Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. An additional fee will be charged for locations in Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay. An extra fee will be charged for location without an elevator. (For some specific items, upstairs and downstairs moving service will not be provided. Please contact us for detailed information.)
 
If no one is present upon the delivery of goods at appointed date and time in the designated location, additional fee will be charged. Please kindly contact us for  rearrangement for delivery.
